We love this raw silk face cloth for its gentle exfoliation and natural healing properties from the Sericin silk protien! Sericin is a keratin rich protein that is produced by silk worms, and is present in all silk fibers. Sericin helps the skin retain moisture and has many anti-aginig benefits including the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles.

Directions For Use:
Clean before first use and rinse cloth after each use. To clean, gently machine wash and tumble dry on low. Do not bleach.
Cleanse face with soap to remove excess makeup. Wet the Raw Silk cloth with warm water and wipe face and neck in circular motions to exfoliate. Warm water will activate the natural Sericin content in the silk fibers, helping your skin to retain moisture and reveal a healthy glow.

Shipping and Return
We ship all our orders with DHL. Shipping is free for all orders in the European Union over €150. For orders below €150, the shipping costs vary according to the dimensions and weight of the product. You will receive a tracking code by email upon placing your order. Your orders are prepared with high hygiene standards, delivered to your door without physical contact with the carrier.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
